4 cups cubed white bread 1-1/2 cups sugar 1 stick butter, melted
|
3 eggs, well beaten 1 can chunk pineapple (20 oz) drained 1-1/4 cups milk |
Cooking
Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Moisten bread with milk and add cream mixture. Stir in pineapples. Bake in a buttered casserole dish about 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean. |
