Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs, rolled fine
1 cup chopped walnuts, or pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 jiggers rum (3 ounces)
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
Cooking Instructions:
Mix crumbs, nuts, sugar and cocoa in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together corn syrup and rum. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls and then roll in powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
