Ingredients:
5 large eggs
2 Cups milk
2 Cups ALL PURPOSE flour
pinch salt
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees - heat 9 x 13 baking pan w/3 T oil. Whip eggs until frothy - add milk and gradually stir in flour and salt. When baking pan is hot - pour in mixture and bake until brown and puffy. (Do NOT use self rising flour.)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with roast beef or roast pork and gravy.

This receipe has been handed down in our family from my mother, Georgina Hadley Brannon who came to the US from England when she was 13 years of age.
