Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
10 slices white bread, cubed
4 cups milk
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups water
6 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 stick butter, melted
1-1/2 cups sugar
cinnamon
Cooking Instructions:
Boil whole milk, evaporated milk and water. Pour over bread. Add vanilla, nutmeg and butter. Mix well. Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Pour egg mixture over bread mixture and blend well. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Set in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for about 75 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pudding comes out clean.
