Quarter of a pound smoked turkey breast sliced thin, Quarter of a pound deli sliced super sharp cheddar, light rye bread 4 slices |
soft butter spread 2 tsp 2tsp spicy brown mustard or reg mustard per yr preference |

Instructions: |
butter 4 slices of bread one side only,mustard on other 4 sides, heat large skillet on med , put bread 2 in pan,butter side down, layer 1 slice turkey,1 slice cheese on mustard side of bread,do this twice,or per yr preference, top with other piece bread, grill like you would a grill cheese, but turn heat down to low once lightly browned, continue on low to make sure it heats thoroughy in the middle,let stand on plate for1 min b4 cutting in half and serve |
