Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 Whole or in pieces cauliflower
Butter or Margerine
1 container Breakstone Sour Cream or one of your choice
Bread Crumbs
Cooking Instructions:
Boil head or pieces of cauliflower in water with 1 cup of milk till fork tender. Remove from water and place in baking dish. Slather with butter and spread sour cream over head or pieces. Sprinkle bread crumbs over head or peices and bake in 350 degrees till done -- 30 to 35 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve whole and break off pieces, or spoon pieces in dish.
Additional Comments:
To make this fat free, use margerine and fat free sour cream.
