1/2 pound bacon 1 pound ground beef 1 15-ounce can pork and beans 1 15-ounce can lima beans 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans |
3/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vinegar 1/2 cup catsup 2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 medium onion, diced |
Cooking
Instructions: |
Dice and fry bacon lightly; drain off fat. Dice onion and fry slightly. Brown ground beef. Add bacon, onion and beans; mix well. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, and mustard.
Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
