Bacon, Egg and Cheese bread

Ingredients:
1 pkg Pillsbury Grands flaky layers biscuits
2 oz. ready-cooked bacon, cut up (I use Hormel bacon pieces-no cutting required)
1 egg
2 T. milk
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
onion, to taste, optional
Cooking Instructions:
Mix egg and milk. Cut biscuits into fourths and toss with egg mixture. Add cheese, bacon, and onion, mix well. Pour into greased 13x9 pan, cook at 350 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve warm

All my kids love it, and that's hard to accomplish!
