Ingredients:

6 slices Bread -- cubed
2 cup Milk
1 Lb Sausage
1 Tsp Salt

1 Cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 Tsp Pepper
6 Egg
1/4 Tsp Tabasco sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Night Before:Cook sausage, crumbled, until well done. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer bread, sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat lightly rest of ingredients. Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, uncover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
