Ingredients:
3 cups flour (6 c)
1 1/4 cups shortening (2 1/2 c)
1 teaspoon salt (2)
1 egg well beaten (3)
5 tablespoons cold water (10 T)
1 tablespoon white vinegar (2 T)
Cooking Instructions:
Cut in shortening into flour and salt. Add water and vinegar to beaten eggs. Pour liquid into flour and form dough. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown as desired. Makes three shells.
