Ingredients:
2 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash each of cloves and nutmeg
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 ready-to-eat graham cracker pie crust
Cooking Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer (medium speed) until well-blended.  Add eggs; mix in above mixture until well-blended.   Stir pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg into 1 cup of the above batter.   Pour remaining batter into pie crust.  Top batter in pie crust with 1 cup of pumpkin batter mixture.  Bake 350 degress 35-40 minutes, until center almost set.  Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Top with whipped cream.
